Hi, I have previously bought my google home from eBay and it has worked at other homes. I have recently moved into a new home and am trying to set up my google home mini for the 3rd time in the last year. Anyway on the app it says I need to reboot the factory settings so I have done turned it on and off 11 times like recommended. The app on my phone still says that someone previously used it and the factory settings need rebooting. So I did 11 times turning off and on again. Now my mini says it's not set up yet but my app says it needs rebooting? Please help. I don't know what else to do.
