Google nest mini won’t connect to my tv

Hi why can’t I connect my google nest mini to my smart tv? I also bought chromecast even thought I didn’t need it and it still didn’t work 😞

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Were you able to set up your Google Nest Mini and Chromecast device on the same home structure in the Google Home app? What action or command are you asking your Google Nest Mini, and what is its response?
