Google nest mini

Google nest mini is plugged in to the power socket, however no lights are illuminating, nor the device is detecting in Google home app. Please advise

Sorry to hear about  your experience with your Google Nest Mini. A few things I'd like to check regarding this:

• Since you mentioned that there are no lights showing as soon as you plug it in, do you hear any sounds after you plug in the device?
• Have you also tried using a different power outlet? Make sure that you're using a power outlet directly from the wall instead of a power strip to get enough power.
• Are you using its original power cable?
