Google speaker groups do not work. Only one speaker out of three work at a time…

I have two nest minis and a google hub display and I have set them up in my “household” for speaker groups and they do not work. 

Only one plays at a time. Sometimes if you’re lucky two will play together but when you try and add the third only that one plays and the rest stop.
