Goole Nest Mini 2 se conecta y desconecta microfo constantemente.

Hola, espero que me puedan ayudar ya que me siento muy frustrado, con mucho esfuerzo compre un google nest mini 2 el cual utilizo para controlas enchufes y luces de mi casa, el problema es que luego de unos meses de uso sin tocar ninguna perilla o selector del silenciador del microfono, comienza a conectarse y desconectarse constantemente el microfo ( y dando el aviso ) ''Se ha desconectado el microfono'', '' Se conecto el microfono'' y asi interminablemente hasta que tengo q desconectarlo de su alimentacion, alguna ayuda??

No se porque nunca se me envio la respuesta desde mi telefono, si realice el reinicio de fabrica en varias oportunidades sin solucion al problema. me podrian ayudar??

Since you have exhausted the troubleshooting steps for your issue, the next best step is to replace it. However, as much as we'd love to replace your device, it's no longer within our Limited Warranty. Also, the Google Home/Nest devices are not officially released in your country, so you can double-check if the store will still replace them for you.

We know this is not the best answer that you're looking for, but let us know if you still have other questions, otherwise, I'll be locking this after 24 hours.

La verdad es que me siento puy apenado por esa respuestas, sinceramente me siento un damnificado por el lugar del mundo donde me toco nacer, creo que con el nivel de globalizacion existente hoy en día no considero sincera la respuesta en cuanto a que les ¨Encantaría reemplazar mi dispositivo¨, si la intención fuera sincera se podría realizar. Pero bueno, una lastima, no se en su país , pero la compra de este dispositivo en particular fue un 10% de mi ingreso mensual, lo cual es un montón de dinero. Sin mas que agregar creo que no fue la mejor experiencia y la proxima compra sera para la competencia, un cliente menos para google
