In recent couple of weeks, my HK Citation speakers cannot work with Google Assistant any more, while they are still able to be connected via Bluetooth.
I am owning 2 Citation 100 and 1 Citation 300. They have been working years but recent weeks they don't. I try to re-set factory, re-installed Google Home app on my iPhone. But nothing help!
In steps of adding devices on Google Home app, the last step to confirm whether a sound played on the devices didn't work, which means there's problem on setting up. Afterward, the speakers only works with bluetooth mode.
I tried to contact HK support but nothing help so far. They also guided me to reset factory, restart modem, re-install google home app, google assistant...
I am so desperate to raise the problem here after 2 weeks back and fort with HK support. Please do help!
