Has anyone heard from Google on the fix for this update cock up, or have they gone into hiding?

Nest Mini. Tried everything that has been advised but this update has gone south so Google need to get it sorted ASAP or at least inform all owners via email what they are doing about it, and not flog us off with try this, try that. That's just us, the mugs doing their work for them. Get it sorted Google, after all we are the reason your in business.

I'm quite sure you have read most of the other posts regarding the hub, all I have is a grey screen a a G in the center, so yes it's useless.
