Home mini will not accept location selection during set up

My home mini won’t set up past the location selection. Restart, unplug , app delete and redownload all tried already. Location services on. Why can’t I select my country and move in with set up?

@Megan29386, @Parnellz, that certainly hasn’t been easy for you ― let’s check it out. A few things: is this for a first time setup? What phone do you use for setup? What country are you located in? What is the error message shown?

Here are the requirements for a successful setup:

• A speaker or display.
• Latest version of the Google Home app.
• Latest version of the Google Assistant app.
• A Google Account. We recommend an account with a Gmail domain.
• A mobile phone or tablet that:
  • Has iOS 14.0 or later.
  • Works with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi network (a WPA-2 Enterprise network won't work).
  • Has Bluetooth turned on.
• An internet connection and secure wireless network.
  • Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password during setup.
