My brand new hub was working just fine for a week. Today the screen went black and it is completely unresponsive. I plugged it into a different outlet, rebooted the device, checked the power cable, did a hard reset, unplugged for 10 seconds and plugged back in 11 times. It is completely unresponsive. Totally black screen, no lights, no G logo showing up.
