I have attempted to reset on numerous occasions by holding the reset button down. I have also removed power from the device and attempted to reset after doing that to no avail. it simply goes to 2 lights and within seconds shows 4 white lights that stay steadily on.

I have the same issue. Please contact me.

Jon

Unplugging it for ten seconds and connecting again ten times and letting it boot up fixed mine. Crazy I know but it worked!

Thanks. Yea, I have already tried that (and more) with no improvement I a afraid. 🙁
