- What Google Nest speaker or display do you have?
- What is the make and model of your Android or iOS device?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
- When did you first notice that the radio option was missing?
- When you cast directly from your phone, does it work correctly?
In the meantime, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network and linked under the same account as the speaker or display.
- Unlink and then relink your radio service. You can refer to this article for instructions: Link and unlink your radio services.
- Try to request the radio service using different commands. Refer to this article for more voice commands: Listen to radio.
- Make sure your speaker or display have the most recent firmware. Check it out in this article: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes.
- Ensure the Google Home app and the Irish radio app are up-to-date.
