Is Google actually listening or making it up?

Hi, I am raising again as my previous post was closed.

A small example of the setup.

Living room: Nest mini, Smart bulb, Smart blinds
Bedroom: Nest mini, Smart bulb, Smart blinds
Kitchen: Nest mini, Smart blinds

I would like to emphasize there is no smart bulb in the kitchen.

Scenario one, in the kitchen.

Me: 'Hey Google, close the blinds'

Google: 'Sure, turning off 2 lights.'

In this scenarios Google misunderstood me but instead of doing nothing it did something I 100% did not want it to do. Note I have a tone more smart lights so this is super annoying when it just turns all the lights off.

Scenario two, in the living room.

Me: 'Hey Google, close the blinds'
Google: 'Sure, turning off the living room lights.'

In this scenarios Google misunderstood me but notice it did not turn off all the lights just the room I am in.

The big problem is Google does not understand me and does things I don't want it to do.

I have sadly invested too much into Google and noticed the more I invest the more the experience degrades. One speaker in the whole house and no smart gadgets amazing. As soon as you add more to it makes me feel Google is not smart at all and cannot really understand what I am saying.

Every person in the house has to say it twice or even five times before it responds correctly. Who can I talk to in order to fix, prefer to avoid the famous line of "have you tried turning off and on again".
