Is possible to create a shortcut on our phone stop or cancel an alarm on a specific google speaker

Hi Team,   

When I wake up before my google speaker alarm, I would like to cancel or stop the alarm without using my voice so I do not wake up my spouse.

I understand I can go into Audio settings inside my Home App on my phone to cancel the alarm:

My question is it possible to create a shortcut on our andriod phones that goes directly on our Alarms and Timer section in our Home App without drilling down to each menu to easily get to Alaems and Timer section before waking up my spouse.

I couldn't get Google to do what you wanted. I tried, but like you said it just cancelled the whole alarm.

I have been able to achieve it with Alexa though.
Even though you can't trigger it with a Google Home shortcut, it can be triggered by voice, smart home (eg. Light or plug), schedule and Home & Away Modes in Alexa's routines.

You can add and edit Alarms in the Alexa app too.

Another bonus is that Alarms have TuneIn, Spotify, etc. music available as tones.
