Joining speaker functionality in a group of three

I have a stereo pair (nest mini's) and a nest audio for bass. I already have a group set up but the issue is controlling the devices.

I want to be able to control all the speakers as one. The stereo pair already does this which is great. But it's frustrating having to turn one down and the other down; as well, the inverse. What seems to work is asking assistant to turn the group up/down.

The main problem is when I'm waking up or going to bed, when I need to respect others.

SIMPLY:

I have the group, but I need to pair all my speakers to work as one device.

Thank you in advance for any help!!

Google lost the lawsuit to Sonos and instead of doing the right thing and licensing the technology by paying a small fee, they decided to make us, the customers who paid for the feature, suffer by removing goup volume control. I do not recommend buying any more Google speakers

Hi CholoSwaggins,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.

We hear you — we can understand why you feel that way. Speaker groups will continue to work once all devices in the group have been updated to the latest software. Volume and equalizer adjustments can still be controlled individually for each speaker in a group but those adjustments cannot be made at the group level. We're always looking for ways to improve. I'd suggest you submit feedback about it, here's how.

Let us know if you have other questions and concerns otherwise, we will be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Regards,

Juni
