Lenovo Smart Clock displays wrong time

BecMurray

I have a Lenovo Smart Clock that works fine for half the year and when my neighbouring state of NSW has daylight savings it changes to 1 hour ahead. I live in QLD that does not have daylight saving so my time is incorrect. I have spent countless hours investigating and followed blogs to update. To date I have checked my home address is correct in Google, I have removed automatic time Ones from my Android device and manually set it to QLD. I have removed Google Home app and reset it and factor rest my Clock but it still shows the wrong time. I saw a post that mentioned Google keep a masted list of timezones that are sometimes incorrect. How can I check if QLD is correct or if there is anything else I can do to display the right time on my smart clock.

Hello BecMurray,

Thanks for reaching out to our Community.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your speakers. Since you're using a Lenovo Smart Clock display, I would recommend reaching out to Lenovo's support team to further assist you with this. There might be some settings that needs to be changed on your end to fix this issue.
