If one service is used like Spotify but the uses of the home have two separate accounts will it only work with the one account linked?

No answer for you I just wanted to jump in and add a follow up question - we also want to link two different Spotify accounts to the same house but it’s only connecting to the primary (me). I also want to connect the secondary household member’s Apple Music to play their playlists but the voice commands for the playlists don’t work. Should we have voice match on or something to make it work?

Hi @saeedahmed40 it will work, but the other user will get the personal musical tastes for that account owner. The best way to set things up with multiple users is for each to enable voice match and link their Google accounts to the devices. If related you might consider a family account which may come out cheaper and in that instance, each user on a family account will use their email as a sub off the main subscription at a reduced rate but it'll be their likes and tastes in music.
Take a look at this support article and come on back if you have questions or it makes your eyes glaze over. 😂
@Kh3 yes, voice match is the ticket and it follows the same principle. Your iDevice user will get to set up their account and music service and you will have yours.
The two of you may wish to take a look at this support document as well.
