I cannot find to which wifi network my Google Home app is connected. I am trying to reconnect my gen 2 wired door Nest doorbell that went off-line after getting a Google Fiber upgrade. I’ve reset the doorbell a number of times and the app never recognizes it. Now I just want to know is the app connected to the right Wi-Fi? And yet, all the instructions in Help referred to a Wi-Fi menu that doesn’t exist in the Google Home app. I’m beyond frustrated trying to research this on my own. Any advice?
BTW, the product and platform fields don’t apply to this post!

You only have a Wi-Fi menu in the Google Home app if you have installed Google Wi-Fi devices.
Did you perform a successful factory reset, pressing the factory reset pin for at least 12 seconds, until you get a sold yellow status light and a confirmation tone. Eventually you should get a slowly pulsing blue status light, indicating your doorbell is ready to connect.

The Wi-Fi network to which your Google Home app is connected is the same Wi-Fi to which your phone is connected, the same network name (SSID) that was assigned when your Google Fiber was installed.
