Look and talk on Nest hub max ?

Why the look and talk feature isn't available in all countries ? 

Also why 'face recognisation isn't available in my country' , even if it works on other product such as nest hello or nest cams ?

I understand how Look and talk, as well as Face recognition, would be helpful to all users. However, both features are yet to be supported in all countries, in compliance with the law. We’re always looking for ways to improve and are working on adding more features and country support; we’ll definitely take this as feedback.

Face recognition  is available in my country on Nest hello and other nestcam , then why not the nest hub max ?

Belgium , always forgoten by google cause they think we only speak dutch there 😋
Compare to France , many features are not available (but it is getting better nowadays)
