Lorex wired camera not appearing in google home app

Hi, I have a Lorex N910 NVR with E871ab wired cameras. Linking that to google home app in iOS via Lorex app was successful. However when I click the camera icon on Home app it’s a black screen. Can someone guide me? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you cannot connect your Lorex camera to the Google Home app; no worries, I am here to help! I recommend you check if you have any updates pending on the Google Home App and restart your cellphone. After, please try to link your Lorex camera following the next steps. If you already have linked the camera on the Google Home App, deslink and then link again.

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap Devices   Add Works with Google Home.
3. Select the device maker from the list.
4. To complete the setup, follow the app steps.
