Hi there. Still have trouble getting sleep sense on a 2nd device even though I have now set them up on separate accounts. In fact I now have lost all ability to control my sons nest hub at all. For example google home app says his device has sleep sense set up but device says it doesn’t. I’ve blocked videos on app but device keeps playing you tube. Any help please would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out.
We appreciate your help on this, @RachelGomez123.
@JaneB, thanks for trying some steps. Have you already tried performing a complete reset to your Google Nest display? Let's go ahead and try that first and see if this would make any changes on its behavior.
Keep us posted.

Princess

Still having trouble. Re booted last night bc I couldn’t get wifi connected. It didn’t solve the problem so going to try device in a different room. Very strange as up until a few days ago haven’t had any wifi issues prior.

Hi JaneB,
Thanks! Could you also tell us how many Google Nest speakers are set up in your network? How many devices are affected?
Let us know once you're done with trying it on a different room so we can check if there would be any changes.
Best,
Princess

Hi JaneB,
Thanks for the information. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone/tablet to see if you have the same issue? Also, what is the make and model of your phone? Please make sure that the mobile data on your phone is turned off to make sure that your device is connected to the same network where your speakers are connected.
Cheers,
Muddi

Still cannot get it to connect to wifi even though all other devices are connected. Going to try setting it up on another phone and see if that helps.
