Loud popping noise when unplugging or restarting Nest Hub 2nd gen

This doesn’t happen always but when unplugging or restarting the Nest Hub, it makes a horrible loud popping noise, it’s so loud I feel like the speakers will get damaged from that. The speakers itself are absolutely fine in normal usage.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. A few things I'd like to check -- on what instance do you experience getting this loud popping sound? Is it only happening when unplugging or restarting the device? Can you also check if you also experience it when playing music, news or podcast?

Lastly, let's perform a complete reset on your speakers and let's check if this would make any changes on its behaviour.
