Media drop-down

Why doesn't the Media icon, be clicking on it or the past drop-down option, show what all devices are playing as well as what they are playing? 

I was able to click on multiple speakers if one was playing music or sounds. You could click to add a speaker as well as adjusting the volume. One update (format change to make it easier... it said) and those functions are gone.

A few questions: what Google Home app version are you using? What's your phone model? When did the issue start?

Make sure your Google Home app is up-to-date. Clear the cache to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall.
