Mike not working. I can mute and unmute the mike. But it doesn't respond when i speak.

When I talk to the Google home nothing happens. 

Will factory reset help?

Before trying a factory reset, you could try a simple reboot or restart by unplugging your Google Home for a short time (1 minute); you can also reboot it from within the Google Home app:

If that does not resolve the problem, you can try removing your Google Home from the Google Home app, doing a factory reset, and reinstalling it:
