I'm having issues with my Nest Minis randomly activating, but not showing anything in the activity log. It has randomly started playing music and randomly turned on devices such a ceiling fans. Anytime this random activity happens I make sure to check the activity log, but the activity log only shows the last thing I did myself, not the rogue stuff. But no resolution were shown, maybe @EddieG can update if something was done?
I'm currently at the point of getting rid of the devices because one time it activated a ceiling fan while my baby daughter was sleeping and it scared her quite a lot. I'm worried when it'll happen next time.
I don't know if it's related, but it will also sometimes randomly reply in a different voice. I have it set to a male voice, but sometimes it'll reply with a female voice.

Thank you for verifying the web and app activity status being active. To isolate further, it would help a lot if you could to a sequential reboot to refresh the connections between devices. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Mini then, all your other devices, especially those that are linked to your Google Home app. Plug them back in after 3-5 minutes starting with your router. Rebooting your phone might also help.
