Motion sensing is not available on 2nd Nest

Hello all, I've nticed others who claimed the same on another thrrad, and a specialist came after a year and closed the thread.

My problem is that Motion sesnsing is not available on the settings menu of my nest hub 2nd generation. In the old thread it seems related to the country. I live in Jordan. I think that I paid the full price of the device and so I should take the full capabilities.

Thanks for reaching out.

Motion Sense uses low-energy radar to detect movement like breathing and gestures and it is powered by Soli. However, Jordan is not on the list of the country where Soli works. Also, features may or may not work on your Nest Hub since it's not officially launched in your country. This may not be the answer you're looking for but were always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback.

Thank you Azarco, you have provided the expected answer, but yes, not the needed answer.

I think this is a big issue with Google products, the same happens on other products like Google-tv and Stadia. And really it is not clear why do Google do that!

The world has been changed, we are in the 21st century where the world is like a small town, and Google still thinking in that way!
