Moving devices from one speaker group to another

I have 7 google home mini speakers. I've added them over the last several months. Now I want to move all of them to one speaker group. . This is to stop having to manually tell it what speakers to play on.  I am having issues with it not allowing me to move a few of the speakers into the desired group. I can't seem to find the answer on any of my web searches.

For instance. I installed a speaker to my Google Home several months ago. I can ask google to play on that speaker, but it doesn't allow me to move that speaker to my desired speaker group.

Thanks for posting. I know how challenging it is when you're having issues moving your devices to another speaker group. Could you list down all the speakers that you have? Also, are they set up on the same home structure? Are you trying to add the speakers while playing music? Also, have you tried deleting the existing group then creating a new one?
