Multimedia alarms not available in my Nest Hub 2 (Spanish)

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a multimedia alarm (Spotify or radio station) but it says it's not possible in this device and sets a non multimedia alarm instead. The device is configured in Spanish (Spain). 

Spotify is well configured in Google Home and music can be played in the device. Radio too but not as an alarm.

Any help?
