Multiple issues

I've got a nest hub 2, about 2 weeks ago. It was going well for first week but in then the screen started having ghost touch issues, in the middle of the night and it keeps on continuing. No amount of resets/reboots have helped. 

Today, Spotify kept crashing, every time I tried to launch it. Reboot/unlinking account has not helped at all.

Looking at the community threads, nest hub 2 is plagued with similar issues.

How do I fix it or do I need to file a warranty claim?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

 

A few questions: how did you do the reset? Does Google Nest Hub 2nd gen crash only when playing Spotify music? Are you getting the same behavior if you cast it from the Spotify app?

The reboot was done from the Google home app. Then I turned it off and on.

The app still has the same glitch but world's sometimes. 

Had an issue with the screen cast option a few days ago as well. I use a pixel 7

Hello Singh718499,

 

Thanks for coming back to us. Please proceed with resetting your Nest Hub (2nd gen) by pressing and holding both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest display.
