Hi,
My music (Spotify) stops and starts playing randomly. I have read threw the other threads of restarting the minis and nest ect. and nothing has fixed the issue. The device is 30cm away from my router so it's not a connection issues. It still shows as playing on my phone however it's not playing on the google devices.
Can you help?

Hi Breltron,
That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out. What Nest speakers do you have? Have you tried doing other music platforms like YouTube Music? If not, try it so that we can isolate your concern. Before doing so, do a sequential reboot starting with your Wi-Fi follow by your Nest speaker and tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan

I'm having the same problem. I had no issues the first ~six months of owning my Google Nest Hub, but since then, it's every time I play music. I have pretty good fiber internet and have no connection issues with any other devices in my home, so I don't know what the issue is. I also haven't experienced this problem with other platforms.

Hi mariak,
I'm sorry to hear you're also having the same concern but, have you already tried the steps above where you do a sequential reboot? You also mentioned that it hasn't happened on other platforms, just to confirm, it's only happening with Spotify, right?
Keep me posted.
Regards,
Dan

I have a nest audio and two minis. I have tried YouTube music and it appeared to work but so did spotify to begin with. I have cleared caches again and unlinked and linked spotify and it still didn't help. I'm going to try a reboot of all devices again to see if that changes anything

Hey Breltron,
Thanks for coming back to us. Let's go ahead and connect one of your speakers on a different network like mobile hotspot to further eliminate network issues. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your speaker). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Muddi
