Hi @lazdavila,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues when adding a music service to your Google Home app; don't worry, help is here.
Before we continue, I have some additional questions:
Replying to your question about the premium subscription, some features and commands are only available with the premium subscription. It depends on the music service provider.
In the meantime you can take a look at the following articles:Listen to music on Google Nest speakers and displays, Link your music services and set your default service.
I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Best regards,
Derick.

Thanks for looking at this Derek,
I only have the one iPhone, so can’t try it on another.
The service I wanted to add is not already linked. And no list at all shows up for me.
The other member of my Google Home can see services and change the default service, but I can’t.
Also, even though the other home member has changed the default (from YouTube Music to Amazon Music) it hasn’t changed my default… so when I ask for Music it is still playing the old service (YouTube Music with ads).

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply. Another thing that we can try is to create a new Home structure in the Google Home app and try to add the music service and then add the speaker you want to use.
I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Best regards,
Derick.

Hi Derick
I tried what you mentioned. Created a new home in the App, and within that home I went to Services / Music. Again the list of choices was empty and the only visible option is to use other home member‘s services.

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply. Let's do something different. In the Google Home app, could you please verify the permissions you have? Maybe you don't have permissions to add a service in your home structure; that happens when you don't have admin access.
Please take a look at the following article to learn more about how to manage people and permissions in the Google Home app.
I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Best regards,
Derick.

Hi
thanks again for trying to help.
I checked, and I am set up as Admin, so that isn’t the problem.

Hi, I checked and they both use the same email account.
This was working when I first set up the music services (maybe three years ago) - Same app, same home, same user. But when I went back now, to link the Amazon Music service (because YouTube Premium subscription ended) I found it was not working (and no services at all are showing up).
