My Google Nest Mini only has two center lights on and won’t respond or connect

Both media and Nest Mini speaker using same internet connection, only two center lights displaying on nest and Google Home telling me nest isn’t connected but I assure you it is. Only thing is, Nest isn’t responding. I unplugged nest, waited entire 60 secs before re-plugging again, and only same two middle lights displaying and I get same message. It was working fine an hour ago broadcasting Sirius Xmas.

Thank you for your message. That is definitely a concerning issue that your Google Nest Mini is not responding or connecting. I would be more than happy to help find a solution so that you can get back to jamming out to your favorite music again.

• Could you please try to do a Factory Data Reset? Are there any improvements?
  • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
    Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
