My Wifi is rejecting my Google Nest Mini

Hi,

I recently moved home and had to change my wifi from Sky to Virgin. One of my Google Nest Mini Speakers will not connect to the wifi and the Chromecast won't either. I have tried rebooting them but both say "they won't connect to the wifi". It is most odd as I have got one of my google nest mini's to work (no idea how) but the Chromecast and the other nest mini are having none of it. It isn't even about proximity to the router as I have moved them around. Help! I don't know what to do!

Have you done a factory reset on your Nest Mini since changing your Wi-Fi network, in order to clear the previous Wi-Fi settings?

Thanks for reaching out. I know how challenging it is when your Google Nest Mini is not connecting to your network. To further isolate the issue, try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini).
