My nest audio turns on but not working

My nest audio turns on with 2 dots but after that it doesn't work. Please help me to resolve it

Was it working before? Are you getting any message from your Google Nest Audio?

 

Try these steps:

 

  • Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
  • Try rebooting your Nest Audio and router to refresh the connection.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting it to its default settings.

Hello, 

 
It was working before and now not working, no abswe from nest audio.  I have tried all the reset options but of no use. Only 4 leds turns on and off.

I tried to warranty claim but there is some error in the page unable to submit or claim.
