So a few days ago my google nest stop answering me and it just started saying sorry something not right you can wait a few minutes or try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I tried doing a factory reset and it just keep doing this. My google nest is a gen 2.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Could you tell us when you first noticed this? Also, are there other Google Nest speakers set up in your home network? If yes, are they showing the same thing? If no, let's try setting up the Google Nest speaker to a different network and let's see how it goes.
