My nest minis are turning off.

Recently my nest minis (paired)seem to shut off completely.

They are connected to a power source but completely unresponsive.

I unplug them and plug them back in and they are fine for a few hours , then again completely unresponsive to both voice and touch, effectively off.

Cords are perfect, no recent updates , when they are on there is no connection issues at all. The physical units just shut off??

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What type of Nest Minis do you have (1st or 2nd generation)?
  • Do the Nest Minis show any LED lights when plugged into a wall outlet?
  • Is the official power adapter that came with the Nest Minis used on the device?
  • Have you tried to use another wall outlet?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • Was there a recent power outage?
