Nest 2nd gen not able to play music alarm

Hi there, i used to use mini and have music alarm play through that. But i just recently bought nest hub 2nd gen. And it will not play audio files from Spotify as an alarm. It does connect to my Spotify but doesn't play an alarm on it. Please help

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's happening on your Google Nest Hub and check why you can't set a music alarm.

What's the exact command you've used in setting up a music alarm? Did you use the same Google and Spotify account to your Nest Hub as your Nest Mini? Also, do you have a premium Spotify account?

Give these steps a try:

• Reinstall your Google Home app.
• Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router and connected to the same network.
• If the issue persists, try resetting your Nest Hub.
