Nest 2nd gen

Hi, my NEST device worked perfectly until 1month ago, then started to be removed from the HOUSE in Google Home app and every time I have to reconfigure it and reconnect it to use it. This time, despite it is available in the app, seems that the configuration failed and I can not use it anymore. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. 

 

A few things: Which Nest speaker? Do you see notifications on your Google Home app history that your Nest speaker disconnects from your home structure? What message are you getting from your Nest speaker when the issue happens?
