Nest Audio Stereo pair media volume super low

Hello

2 Brand new Nest audio stereo paired together, are stucked at super low volume (barely can hear melody of music playing) when youtube music playing. 

Increasing Volume to 100% either by manually or voice commands does increase the volume of Voice assistance but media volume stays same.

Devices are all connected to same WiFi and setup again after multiple factory resets.
