It all started with the speaker displaying the lights to indicate it was doing an update. It never completed the update. Then the speaker wouldn’t turn on altogether. I’m not able to reset it because no display lights come on. I’ve tried using a different power cord and outlet. No difference. I purchased this speaker from Walmart 2 years ago, along with the protection plan. Which I just found out expired a month ago. How convenient. I tried to get assistance through them, but no such luck. I bought this Nest Audio as a pair and the other one works perfectly fine! Don’t know where to go from here.

It is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
No, it does not show any LED lights.
Other devices are able to receive power from the same outlet.
I have tried using a different wall outlet.
Yes, the official power adapter that came with the speaker is being used.
