Nest Audio not

The nest, audio is no longer working. I tried the recommended factory resets, but it did not work either.  Then I tried another solution I came across on this platform.  Basically they said you have to take the power off and plug it in again and wait 10 seconds and repeat this 10 times. This didn’t work either… the lights will come on, but once it’s done loading, it won’t respond to anything or say anything

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Audio concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. Are you still using the original power cord? If you have another Nest Audio, try to switch their power cords and observe if it makes a difference.
