Nest Audio refuses to play supermix even with active YT Music Premium subscription

When I first configured my Nest Audio it worked fine when asking it to play songs from YT Music, and today it stays okay.

But for any reason it refuses to continue when I ask "play a supermix", warning that this is allowed only for who has YT Music Premium subscription, while I have it, and it is linked in my Google Home app.

Is there any solution to fix this behavior and make it respond normally?

Hello @patrickkmatias,

Thanks for posting in the community.
It's frustrating when voice commands don't function as expected. To troubleshoot this effectively, please check the following information:

  • YouTube Music Subscription: Verify that your YouTube Music Premium subscription is active and linked to your Google account.
  • Network Connectivity: Ensure your Nest Audio is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
  • Recent Changes: Have there been any recent changes to your Google Home setup or YouTube Music account?

You can also try the following steps:

  1. Restart Devices: Power cycle your Nest Audio and router.
  2. Relink YouTube Music: Unlink and relink your YouTube Music account in the Google Home app.
  3. Factory Reset Nest Audio: As a last resort, try performing a factory reset on your Nest Audio.

If the issue persists, please contact YouTube for further assistance. Thank you.

Regards,
Jorge
