Nest Audio two white dots

RJHtwo
Community Member

My Google Nest Audio won't work.  Google home app won't connect to it.  I am not able to factory reset it.  All I get is two white lights and it won't respond.  Unplugging it and reconnecting it results in two white dots and a non functional speaker.

Hi everyone,

Chiming in to check if you're still experiencing the same thing? If yes, I'd like to verify few things regarding this.

  • Are you using the original power cable of your Google Nest Audio?
  • Is it plugged in directly to a power outlet?
  • Are you getting a solid white LED or blinking white LED?

I'd love to know more about this so we can sort this thing out. Let us know by responding to this thread.

Best,

Princess

The problem was the device.  It didn't enable a forced reboot and the device had to be replaced.  It was under warranty.

The device was replaced because the device could not be rebooted.  I already said this.
