Nest HUB photo frame keeps switching from google photos to art gallery after awhile

As per subject, I'm having problems getting my nest hub photo frame to only show photos from the google photo album(s) that I have selected. After sometime of only showing from my album(s) it will start showing me photos from the art gallery (which I have not selected) and when I look at the settings for the photo frame, Art Gallery is selected while the one I selected when I set it up is not (Google Photos). Is there any other setting I can check to fix this? Thanks

I'm having this same issue it seems, just got my hands on Nest Hub Max for the first time today

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should, let’s get this resolved!

A few questions: was it working before? If so, when did it start happening? Also, make sure your Nest Hub Max is using the same account that you've used on your Google Photos app.

Give these steps a try:

1. Turn off curation for your private and shared albums.
2. Change the Personal photo curation setting to Live albums only.
3. Try deleting all the albums that you've created and create a new one.
4. Uninstall and reinstall your Google Photos app.
