How can I get the Doorbell and outdoor camera to make alert sounds on the Nest Hub ? It alerts me on my cell phone but not the Hub.

Have you turned on "Visitor announcements" for your doorbell in the Google Home app? (Google Nest's cameras do not send notifications to Nest Hubs.)
