Nest Hub just cycles through Main Menu screens

New Hub 2.0 and it just cycles through the top main menu options.  I’ve tried to use my own photos, the art gallery, and clock, and none of them work to display on the hub.  Have cycled power and reset factory settings multiple times with no success.  Thinking of returning this POS because photo frame is the reason I bought this!

Thanks for reaching out. I understand the feeling when you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). A few questions: when did the issue start? Is it a personal or shared photo? Does your Nest Hub (2nd gen) display your photo when you ask it to? To help us get a better picture of what's happening, do you mind sharing a video?

Disregard. It happened from Day 1. I have up and exchanged the unit and the new Hub works as it should. FYI - I have a ticket in and Google Support was supposed to exchange my unit and they never did. I went back to the retailer.
