I have a 2nd Gen Nest Hub and for whatever reason, it will not realize that another Nest device in my home has fulfilled my request. For example, I will say "Hey Google, turn on my TV" and one of my other Nest devices will respond, however the Nest Hub will sit and wait for a second then say "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a few seconds." The Nest Hub works regularly otherwise, and will answer me when I am standing right next to it. I have tried both rebooting my Nest Hub and factory resetting it, but this issue seems to persist regardless. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi rghapro,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
Sorry to hear about this. Could you please tell us when did you notice this? Also, how many Google Nest speakers are set up in your home network? How far is it from the router?
Since you've already tried performing a complete reset on your Google Nest Hub, let's go ahead and reboot your router simply by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes. As soon as it is plugged in, try to command your Google Nest Hub the same command and see if it works.
Keep us posted.
