Hi @Rcasey9909,

Thanks for reaching out here in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Hub (2nd generation) is constantly disconnecting from the Wi-Fi networks. Help's here!

To better assist you, I'd like to ask a few questions:

  • Do you see an error message on your screen?
  • Are there other Google Nest displays set up and working in the home?
  • Is your Nest Hub (2nd generation) within 15 to 20 feet of your Wi-Fi router?
  • For how long does the Nest Hub (2nd generation) stay connected to Wi-Fi?
  • How many devices do you have connected to the same Wi-Fi network?

In the meantime, I'd suggest checking out the following:

  • Update software: Ensure your Nest Hub and the Google Home app have the latest software update. Updates often contain bug fixes that might address connectivity issues.
  • Check the speed of your WiFi network. Considering the connected devices, this can be very useful to diagnose the WiFi signal.
  • Check the Wi-Fi channel. Some devices can interfere with the 2.4 GHz band. Try logging into your router and changing the Wi-Fi channel to a less congested one. You might also see if your router offers a "smart channel" option that automatically chooses the best channel.

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
