Nest Hub showing green lines - screen unresponsive

My Google Nest (2nd gen) has been like this for two days now. I have already tried doing the full power cycle and reset factory settings by holding both volume buttons. The screen seems to turn itself off and then back on but instead of showing the white G or anything, it comes back with the green horizontal lines. Looks like BSOD.
