Hi, I got a nest hub for a birthday and it doesn't load. I tried doing the factory reset and but I am still stuck on the g screen during reboot. I'm using the original power cord. Model number is H1A 94022AA1RL3X. Thanks for your help.

Talked to customer service. Unit was not within the warranty window so I was advised to recycle the unit.
