Nest Mini Shaw wifi

Hey, had my nest Mini set up in my old place working fine and connected fine with Telus internet. I've recently moved and switched to Shaw internet and I can't get my nest Mini to connect. I go through all the home setup steps and it plays the sound like it is connecting but then last minute says "unable to connect to device" . Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have unplugged the nest Multiple times to reset it.

Any help would be great, thank you!

Have you preformed a factory reset on the nest mini ? That should clear this up for you
